Workplace Adjustment Consultation
Many neurodivergent people find that receiving a diagnosis is a useful first step in building the life they would like to live. One of the most common questions after diagnosis is: "Now what?"
The Workplace Adjustment Consultation focuses on understanding how your diagnosis impacts you at work, the inherent requirements of your role, the workplace barriers you may experience, and the adjustments that may help reduce those barriers. The findings are formalised as a Workplace Adjustment document provided by a registered health professional that can be used to support discussions with your employer.
