About Dr Lutza
I’ve worked in mental health for nearly 20 years across community services, hospitals, residential care, and private practice. My PhD focused on making invisible experiences visible and developing tools to support everyday life.
My interest in neurodiversity began with my own late diagnoses of Autism, ADHD, and Dyspraxia. Since then, I’ve worked with national organisations and Fortune 500 companies on ND@Work initiatives, helping teams make the most of their different brains.
I’m also the founder of uGuides, a generative AI platform that creates user guides to humans, and a Principal Research Fellow at Griffith University’s Inclusive Futures Hub.
People often describe me as an international thought leader and subject matter expert on neurodiversity, which I believe is the marketable way of saying "meets the DSM-5 criteria for Autism, but with a doctorate and awards."

![[Keynote] Universal Design for Neuroinclusion
Something Tech 2022: Something Tech: 'People, Planet and Platforms bite back'
This keynote explored how universal design principles can be applied to support neuroinclusion in tech, teams, and organisational systems. We shared insights on reducing access barriers, designing for cognitive diversity, and embedding neuroinclusive practices into everyday work to benefit every team member.
